We work with the Defense Health Agency on leadership development programs for their C-Suite Executive leaders and their Senior Leaders. Our work has included a full suite across the leadership journey, including custom coaching, facilitation and training.

Leadership Development Program
After many years in their industry, the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Keyport Division asked us to help them transition into a new market. From the very initial conversations to now, our partnership has not only guided them successfully into the desired new market, but contributed to them becoming more successful than ever before.
NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION, NSF ACADEMY
Coaching and Facilitation
As part of our effort at the National Science Foundation, our coaches assist Intergovernmental Personnel Act rotators, executives, leaders and aspiring leaders with development. We provide team facilitation across the organization to help inspire leaders at this innovative agency to promote the advancement of science.
FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION
We provide leadership coaching as a part of 10 varying programs across several centers at the Food and Drug Administration. In addition, we conduct custom, tool-based and interview-based 360-degree leadership assessments across the organization.

Executive and Leadership Coaching
We collaborate with The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation to continue their tradition of having one of the most successful Leadership/Executive Coaching Programs in the federal government. We are able to do this through a highly qualified bench of Master Certified Coaches.
NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION, OFFICE OF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
At the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at the National Science Foundation, we use a unique tool focused on attachment that assess the workforce's response to change. The tool is designing customized interventions to help address the concerns in different offices and among different constituencies throughout the agency.
OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
We support the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's Colorado Leadership Development Program, one of several similar, selective programs open to leaders across the government. Our coaches work with clients in cohorts that also include instructor-led training and self-study.
NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF STANDARDS IN TECHNOLOGY
Employee Engagement Survey and Change Management
We work with the leaders of the National Institutes of Standards in Technology Materials Management Laboratory to conduct an employee engagement survey as a part of its strategic planning efforts. We have also conducted focus groups, provided organizational development feedback and coaching to leaders.
MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE CORPORATION
Coaching and Facilitation
The Millennium Challenge Corporation is an organization dedicated to development efforts across the world and attracts non-traditional federal employees. We provide leadership and executive coaching, as well as team facilitation, to assist with organizational effectiveness.
Founded in 1989, the U.S. Global Change Program is made up of 13 agencies that assess the impact of climate change. We trained a dozen facilitators to pull together qualitative data from a meeting that results in its annual report.
