DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY C-SUITE AND SENIOR LEADER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
C-Suite and Senior Leader Development Programs
We worked with the Defense Health Agency Director to design leadership development programs for the DHA's C-Suite and Senior Leaders. The programs include facilitations, executive coaching and assessments using the Korn Ferry Leadership Assessment Solution, the Hogan Assessments and a customized 360. The program for the Senior Leaders also included a capstone project and mentoring. The C-Suite Program also included competency, trait and driver modeling and a Group Talent Review for the Director to assess talent and find opportunities to support their development.
NAVAL UNDERSEA WARFARE CENTER ALL LEADERSHIP COACHING PROGRAM
Development Program for All Leaders
We designed an All Leaders Coaching Program for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center's Keyport, Wash. Division. The 140 leaders received the PROFILOR 360 and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessment and participated in coaching feedback sessions and facilitations.

Leadership Coaching and Assessment Program
We worked with our partners at Eagle Hill Consulting to design and deliver leadership development programs that included coaching and assessments, including the use of 360 tools and Interview-Based 360s.
NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF STANDARDS IN TECHNOLOGY
Employee Engagement Leadership Development Program
We helped the National Institutes of Standards in Technology Materials Management Laboratory conduct an employee engagement survey as a part of its strategic planning efforts. We have also conducted focus groups, provided organizational development feedback and provided coaching to leaders on the specific action plans for their divisions.
WASHINGTON METROPOLITAN TRANSIT AUTHORITY
Leadership Development Programs
We worked with the Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority (WMATA) to develop leadership development programs that provided individual coaching, group coaching, facilitations and that provided assessments -- including the Hogan Assessments, the DiSC assessment and other assessments -- and feedback sessions to a total of more than 220 leaders.
